ChartCaddy is an electronic medical records and billing system that is intended to improve the work flow based on, and drastically reduce the use of, paper forms. It is a web based system that can be used on any device with a relatively modern web browser, including computers, tablets, and smart phones. Because it was designed to be used with a web browser, the user interface for the system is generally familiar, simple, and consistent. Once you understand a few basic concepts you should be able to use most of the system with little trouble.
