Clearing Your Browser Cache
Sometimes strange issues just happen, usually to a lucky few individuals. When that happens it is worth trying clearing the browser
cache. A good resource for doing this

on how to clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history. That article is very comprehensive but usually only the browser cache needs to be cleared and not everything else. In addition, while it might be easier to clear your entire browser cache you only really need to clear your cache for "chartcaddy.com".
The short version on how to clear your browser cache is unfortunately vague due to all the different platforms and browsers available, but basically you do the following:
- Pull up their web browser and load a page other than the problem page.
- Press the SHIFT, CONTROL, and DELETE buttons at the same time. This should pull up special window to clear the cache.
- On
this window, in addition to the default options, make sure the "cache",
"cached", "hosted app", or "website files" options are checked if they
exist. If there is an option for a duration, select for all time.
Whether or not these options exist depend on the browser. For Internet
Explorer also make sure the "Preserve Favorites" option is NOT checked.
- Click either "Delete, "Clear", or whatever button at the bottom is not labeled as Cancel.
- Restart the browser, pull up the problem page.

However, on a Mac using the Safari browser you do the following:
- Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner
- Click on Settings...
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Privacy
- Click on the Manage Website Data button
- To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Remove Now
- Wait a few moments, then click Done
- Close the dialogue box remaining
- Press Command +Q to quit Safari
- Start the browser, pull up the problem page.
