The Client Payers report allows you to search for, list, and view client payer information. Specifically this report allows you to look up clients by payer and/or client payer ID. The Ordinal indicates in what order payers will currently be billed for a client, with a negative value indicating that the payer is active for the client but they are currently ineligible.

ChartCaddy performs mass verification checks for OKHCA payers three times a month, which means all the information is updated including names and dates. In addition every night we get a yes or no answer for OKHCA and OKHCA MCO payers, but only if an OKHCA payer is listed as active for the client. During this nightly process a system message is sent to the adminstrator with any eligibility changes, and the payer is automatically set as ineligible if the answer is no. This means as long as an OKHCA payer is listed for the client it should be virtually impossible to have claims denied for these payers.
