On the Plan Goals tab of a Draft service plan you will see a section called Program Goals. This section will only be populated if your administrator has set up standard goals, objectives, and services for recurring use at your facility for whatever program is associated with the plan. Once they have these Program Goals set up, you may freely and quickly select them when adding a service plan. This is very handy and quick if your facility uses the same goals and objects for different plans. Please note that only goals and objectives can be added this way and you will need to add services for any program objectives that you add. Please also note that the programs associated with the plan are indicated by the plan name, for example if the service is "MH Service Plan" the program is MH.

Administrators may add entries to the Program Goals section by going to the left-hand menu in ChartCaddy and drilling down into Settings -> Programs, selecting the desired program, and then click the Add button at the bottom. Adding program goals and objectives is a very similar process to adding goals and objectives to a service plan.
