Chartcaddy support will let you know by email when your database is ready for you to log in and begin setup. Follow each link in the five steps below to read a step-by-step guide on how to get your account ready to be used. These guides are tailored for organizations that intend to bill the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority, but we have indicated which steps can be skipped if that is not the case for your organization. Success After Setup

If you have questions or want to schedule a training once your initial setup is complete, please contact customer support. In the beginning we expect to provide a lot of training and support so don't be shy about asking for help initially or at any time after. Once you are setup and familiar with the basic operation of the system there are many ways to customize your experience:
  1. There are many configuration options that can change how the system looks and acts.
  2. The client payments feature can be used to keep track of client payments and create client invoices.
  3. The payroll feature can generate gross payroll amounts for your providers.
  4. The client outcomes feature allows you to run client outcome reports.
  5. The built in electronic signature feature allows clients sign forms online.
  6. The Contacts feature can keep track of incoming referrals and generate an online fillable PDF for data entry. 
  7. If you have an Oklahoma OJA contract you can enable the feature to upload billing information to JOLTS.
  8. Several third parties like Square Payments and DocuSign can be linked to the system.
  9. Some forms be changed to better support your needs.
